It may not be as common on the West Coast as it is here in the Midwest, but find a college town where older mobile home parks are common. There will usually be a repair shop that specializes in keeping these units habitable. I was able to find the glass retainer clips for the jalousie windows on my Overlander from just such a source in a nearby college community. The clips were quite reasonable priced at about $3.75 each (this was about three years ago).
I also believe that these may have been offered by Inland RV at the time as well -- they may continue to be a source.
Good luck with your search!
