How do I attach a pic to my post/thread from my photos....I use a macBook

A post is a single response, such as I am making now. A thread is a series of posts such as this one titled Nubie Questions.

Pics...
Below the post box where your text goes you will see "Additional Options"
From there click manage attachments and from your computers files upload your pic.
Click "Preview Post" to see what things look like before submitting reply.

Not quite. To start a new thread go to the Forums and select the proper topic. Click on that and you will see a tab that says "start new thread". Click on that and give it a title and state what is on your mind.


Once you have done that it will show up in the Portal. People, and you too, can respond to this thread by posting your comments. These are "posts" made by members. The original "post" was the start of the thread.


Threads have titles. With posts, titles are optional.

LOL Who asked about Titles? Great response though and will surely help OP's understanding.
