I made a 4 hour round trip to buy an Argosy. Seller stated price, I agreed with the stipulation he deliver it. I offered deposit, or down paymnet. He declined, saying it was not necessary. On delivery day he was a no show. I called him and he said he had been praying all week and God had told him to sell it to someone else. Needless to say, I was irratated, but had no recourse since money had not changed hands.
One week later a 31 foot, 1971 Avion fell into my hands at a bargain price. All systems had been restored, new tires. So far all I have had to do is replace 3 light bulbs and a light cover.
So, I am not a brandnewbie with an Argosy. I am a brandnewbie with an AVION.
