New dealer in Los Angeles.

Hi, just a quick note, that I received in the mail today, there's a new Airstream dealer in Los Angeles, California. I only scanned one side of this huge card, for you to see. The card was 8.5" X 14"s, too big for my scanner.

Bob,

Thanks for posting. We will be there on Saturday afternoon for a visit. There will be several vintage trailers from the Central California Coast Unit there as well.

Hope to meet some Airforums members also.

Bill

We'll be there! I grew up in San Gabriel and I know right where the dealer is. What a fantastic improvement to the area!! Best of luck to the new owners.

If the service manager is there when you visit, be sure to say hi. I'm sure he'd appreciate a few smiling airstreamer faces before getting into the serious stuff.
And yes, he's a friend of mine, so go easy on him...

Hi, today after getting my stitches removed, I felt like going to see the new Airstream dealer. I was impressed with the set-up, show room, inventory, and indoor shop. All of the employees were very nice to me. I saw an Airstream Classic that I liked and the Eddie Bauers were better in person; The rear screen was quite functional. I checked all of the trailers for quality and have to say that these all looked well built. I only found two little problems on one of the trailers. [very minor] Tail light housing had one screw missing and one side marker lense was loose. [Yes I did PDI on several makes of new cars for many years, and I don't miss much]

Airstream also made a few improvements too. I saw gaskets in-between the grab handle and the body, a cut-out in the propane tank covers so they don't smash the tongue jack wires, a quick connect for [I'm guessing] your barbeque / heater / portable fire place, and tie down loops by the rear bumper for whatever. [I put a loop on mine for locking my generator]

If you haven't paid them a visit yet, I think you should. [if in the area]

Robert, looks nice and clean and well stocked. Our dealership in Covington Wa was also well tended. They had 87 new coaches for sale. I was almost sunblind.

Hi, Dan we haven't been there yet, but we did camp at Gig Harbor twice.
