Need Bambi for RV Electricity Seminars

I'm Mike Sokol, technical writer and instructor for the RV industry. I need some advice on where and what to look for in a small to mid size Bambi to create a test bed for my upcoming seminar tours. Since I write for RVtravel.com and my own RVelectricity.com newsletters, I have access to just about every electrical gadget you can get for an RV, including portable generators, rooftop air conditioners, Solar Panels, Refrigerators, inverters, converters, AGM and Lithium batteries, etc.

What I really need is a donor RV with a fried electrical system so I can start from scratch and install all the latest electronics. I would use this as a demonstration base for my articles and videos, as well as at my RV Electricity seminars around the country.

I've had a double-axle 23' Airstream in the past which I used as a mobile recording studio, and it was great. However, it had zero plumbing when I pulled it out of the desert (literally, I might add), and I really don't want to rebuild something that's going to require hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars in mechanical work just to make it roadworthy. Now this is a solo road gig, so a small to mid-size Bambi would be perfect for my cross-country trips, I think. Plus I'm working on a promotion with Ford to provide me with a new Hybrid F-150 pickup truck to pull this across the country, so any single-axle Airstream should work.

Any ideas where to look for something affordable because my budget is starting at zero for the donor RV, even though I have everything else ready to make it a great test bed for RV electrical training. Thanks for any input you can provide.
