My big trip is coming up!

I am off to China again but will be back on the 13th. I will be driving from Tucson to Newport Beach on the 14th and 15th and will be staying at the Newport Dunes RV Resort from the 15th through 23rd. I will then be driving from Southern California to Northern California on the 23rd and will be visiting clients up until the 28th when I have to catch another flight back to China. I will then be returning the first week in January and will then drive from San Francisco to Las Vegas to meet up with some more clients. After that, I will be driving back to Tucson. If I happen to be passing through your city, maybe we can meet up and share a cup of coffee. I hope that you all have a great weekend.

It's best to call the Newport Dunes office. Their second row spots often have more room and better view of the bay than the much more expensive first row spots. Stay away from the small last row spots. They back up to a cliff and feel claustrophobic. Also, be aware that this park is near Pacific Coast Highway, it actually backs right up to it. This part of PCH has traffic 24/7, which makes this a somewhat noisy park.
But it is reasonably clean when it's not raining, and well laid out. Muddy and miserable when wet. The location near the water and in Newport is fantastic for leisure sports and shopping. Have fun!

Great information about the Dunes. We've driven by several times, but it's difficult to figure out where the good spots are. I hope we can squeeze a few nights in so we can test out the rig close to home. We often go to Newport just to ride bikes and take the Balboa ferry. Thanks, Linda
