I just found out Eric Clapton is going to be in Birmingham AL 4 hours away from us tickets go on sale in a few weeks. Looks like the Airstream gets to make a road trip. I have always wanted to see him in concert what a blast. Okay all you Clapton fans lets get a rally up. How many of yall have seen him let me know and let us hear.

I saw Cream in their final concert tour ( I am dating myself), at Madison Square Garden in NY, and then here in ATL on his blues tour where the seats were 90 bucks and I sat sideways a good distance from the stage. He is terrific live and always been one of my favorite players.
I played in a "power trio" dong Cream, and Derek and the Dominoes music many moons ago. Sure is fun for a guitarist, all that Marshall amp stuff and lots of drums!

Petunia and I are big Clapton fans. If you get a chance, check out The Band's Last Waltz DVD ... an all star cast ... Clapton is red hot.

clapton is awesome. have not seen him live yet. have plenty of his music. the last waltz is a great jam session.
