MSRP tracking
Does anyone keep a chart of the dates that Airstream has raised the MSRPs? Having a potential issue with my dealer about the MSRP on the date of our order. I have found historical versions of the airstream website but the dates don’t line up perfectly, so I’m hoping there is a chart out there somewhere. Thanks all!

I assume you had a sales contract that spelled out your "deal" when you ordered and placed your deposit. MSRP should not matter....only what you agreed to.

You’d think, but in this case the paperwork leaves something to be desired.

Hi
The typical sales contract leaves an "out" for price increases after the contract is signed. More or less, if AS doubles the price, the dealer has an out.
AS did issue some sort of letter / marketing statement spelling out a sequence of price increases starting back in October(?) and running through June(?). There are copies of it stuck in various threads around here. Not sure if that's going to help with things or not.

My sales agreement clearly shows the math: MSRP + Options - Discount = Sales price. It then subtracts my Deposit to egual what I owe at the end.
There is some gibberish in the fine print which gives the Dealer certain price adjustment rights including Deposit not being refunded. I had them add and sign the agreement to include the Deposit would be refunded should I back out and they sell the trailer later. Whether they increase the price if the MSRP goes up depends on if you addressed that up front (which I did).

Bob thanks I’ll look around.
Mike sounds like you have no such tracking chart?

Not mine, and I wouldn’t sign one that did. AS of Tampa was very legit regarding our agreed price, purchase agreement and final sale execution.

Hi
There are a *lot* of folks who do have contracts like that. I'd take a very close look at yours for various "escape" clauses. I'd also check state law to see if it overrides this and that.

I didn’t say there were folks that didn’t have contracts like that. I said I wouldn’t sign one (it’s like reading the fine print[emoji6]). My lawyer reviewed my purchase agreement.
Cheers,
Phil
