Lucky Penny in your trailer?

I wonder if anybody else has seen a 'lucky penny' stashed in their Airstream or Argosy as they've taken it apart? There was a 1976 penny underneath the water tank right under the front window amidst all the pop rivet scrap and other construction debris. Sure, I have found other loose change and even a man's wedding band in my trailer. A penny falling to this area from the front window sill would be difficult but not impossible. This was the only foreign item in the area not related to construction debris. It is intriguing in that it is from the same year as original trailer construction.

Front floor replacement, window sealing, A-frame painting and some new belly wrap is almost complete. This winter will see me taking some of the bathroom out and looking into floor repair in back... maybe go with an Intelllipower as long as I have it apart. I'll get around to posting pictures after the snow flies... Aaaaargh!

We want to see pictures - lots of pictures.........

I found some change in my 58 - 1978 quarter, found an old 70's map - nothing from the 50's though.....

Pennies is the wall is an old Norwegian thing for good luck and you will never be broke. I put them in the walls of my house - now that I'm doing a major Airstream restoration, I'll put some coins in the walls there too. Gotta follow my heritage.

As a side note, we discovered America first, but were too drunk and stupid to tell anyone

Yaaa winter is here - a bit early - my projects are now indoor - cabinets etc - when May comes it will be pedal to the metal to finish!

I fail to understand how a penny, a star, charm , or crystal, can have any thing to do with ones life circumstances. If these are the things that control my life or have influence on it I would be scared to death. Choose for yourself but I refuse to BOW to such objects.----pieman

Since this is a family forum, I can't say what kind of luck it is, just that someone was...

Hi
The po tried to redo the floor in our 51 Cruiser so no loose change. We however did find some real treasures 1955 dental x-ray's, a 50's Idaho map, a couple pics of some kids and a old Louisiana post card. I hope they are lucky.
