Lost & Found Puzzle Contest
All right, how many of you will fess up to hiding something, only to discover or nondiscover (New Year, new word) that you couldn't find it again later?
Keep reading then, you can win a prize if you come up with the winning solution.
There is something hiding in my trailer. It can fit in the palm of my hand and can be hidden in a hurry. It is something everyone can use and I will be happy to share.
Look around your trailer. Where would you hide it? Send your answers in and if you come up with the correct one, we will both win...
THE GAME STARTS NOW!!!!

Cute, Carol! How are you doing and feeling?
We are supposed to guess the hiding place of an item you have hidden and cannot find?

I need a little perimeter with this... is this something you want out of sight, or is this something to do not want someone wearing a badge to find? Big difference in hiding places. Also if it something for everyone why would you want to hide it?

Sometimes you want it out of sight, but other times it is fun to flash around. It wouldn't make a difference if they were wearing a badge or not... Hmmmm, I guess because I thought only I should have it when I hid it, but now I've changed my mind.

While you were visiting with Wally and Stella in the south of France back in 1955 it was a very rainy cold day. Stella was sitting at the front dinette in the X251 drinking coffee and wishing she had something to do. You sat down across from her with a cup of coffee and a puzzle you brought over for her. While working on it, your arm bumped a piece of the puzzle and it fell between the wall and the base of the dinette bench. All these years you have been looking for that very piece. Well, I found it...
Unfortunately the missing piece was sent with the X251 to it's current owner and to this day the puzzle remains incomplete.
So what did I win?

Hmmmm...
In the overhead cabinet above the gaucho.
In the slider cabinet above the fridge.
Behind the window curtain.
In the tub covered by dirty laundry
Taped to the room dividers, folded up.
On the ceiling, in a light cover.
In the magazine rack.
Taped to the back / underside of the folded down counter extension.
Any close?

Do you write for J. Peterman catalogues? Sounds like something right out of their item ads.

I found the TV remote in the freezer once. Nobody 'fessed up to that one yet.

Men's brief underwear has a pocket between the outside flap and inside, skid marked shorts left in plain sight or in the dirty laundry bag, will not be disturbed by most, except a diligent significant other ;-)

From somebody that's still looking for a $150 Savings Bond we put in "A Safe Place" in 1998, I may not be the best one to guess...
That being said, I lost Marie's iPod in our trailer. I left it on the bed, and it slid down the wall and behind the underbed storage compartments. I had to take the bed apart to get the thing out.

We once used a yardstick with (used) chewing gum attached to retrieve a lost contact lens from behind and under one of our rear benches.

Carol, lost my keys in the space between the (twin) bed and the chest of drawers, behind a book that I had stashed for reading when unable to fall asleep. Then again, I, too, have lost LOTS of things between the mattress and outer wall of the trailer, only to discover them when hauling the hose out of the storage cubby...
Don't forget in plain sight on the TV dashboard or behind the flip-up stove cover...
