John/Maurice,

If I remember correctly, the tanks lay on a rack that slides in & out.

Tight turns

Quote:
Sometimes, where a 2-lane road intersects a 2 lane road, that means going straight instead of turning right, finding a place to turn around down the road, and coming back for a left turn, which isn't a problem. Or turning left, finding a place to turn around, and coming back for a straight shot through the intersection. That's just life on the backroads with a big trailer.
John, that is about what I suggest if you do decide to come through San Marcos on RM 12. I would go straight ahead and make three left turns next time.

For the rest of you, I warned John of a nasty right turn on his intended route through San Marcos, TX. Heavy traffic there prevents swinging wide and I was just able to get my 22' safely around the turn last time I came through there. I was turning from the right lane with cars close on my left into two narrow lanes with cars crowding the center line. The corner is a bit more than 90 degrees.

Ah... they've spread the batteries apart, out into the rock guards vs totally inside them on mine. FWIW, my couch supports wouldn't let them get that far apart. The couch supports on these models must be spaced wider.

Hey, John HD.... I just noticed something else different... the furnance is on the curbside back near the bedroom, where on mine it's more forward on the streetside.

Is there a floorplan of that 34' in the brochure?

They haven't changed any... that's exactly like mine. They must've put the furnance in the bottom of the wardrobe.

Thanks!
