I have never seen a mid bath TW, but you never know. I think a closer look at the number might help.

A '99 Safari showed up on Boulder, Co. Craigslist a couple days ago, for $2,500. Same old tired scam- the perp will ship it to you after you pay (they'll throw new tires on for you too!), blah blah blah...The ad said the "engine is good". These would-be thieves, dumber than a box of rivets, are setting a new low bar for unimaginative, repetetive pitches. I miss the good old days of truly atrocious English usage, and wildly imaginative sob stories, from honest-to-god Nigerians. What's the world coming to?

Unfortunately, P.T. Barnum was more or less right, and every once in a while the dumb scammers stumble across someone dumber than they are and steal from them (or just someone who's really, really naive, but cynical bastards like me tend to equate naive with dumb. )

It was professionally renovated by C & G. I think it may have better bones than you think. Even the paint job looks to have been done professionally.
Talk about a niche market though. I will be suprised if they come close to the asking price, unfortunately for Magda.

The craigslist listing is working as of today, at least. There are links there for the whole renovation process, including having the former custom office interior removed carefully so that it could be reused.

The exterior isn't a paint job but a sheet of plastic applied "like a sticker." The nature of the adhesive isn't clear, but it would probably be easier to remove than paint if one didn't want the whole eco-boutique legacy.

It's not a paint job - it's a wrap, like used on many commercial vehicles.

Wrap advertising - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

It gives me the idea of selling "shiny Airstream" wraps, forever ending the polishing and leaks in a new and novel, if cheating, way!
