Craigslist Pasco WA, 1965 22' Safari Double
1965 22ft. Airstream Safari
This Safari is in the next town over from me. I am not an experienced Airstream "inspector" but if any one needs me to go take a better look in person I can. Looks like a double rather than a twin (one double bed mid trailer vs two twins across from each other)

Interesting Craigslist story. I found a 57 Bubble in Denver on Monday. Called right away and had a friend inspect it that day. The guy, Dave Anderson of Englewood CO, accepted a $1000 non-refundable deposit and said he would hold it until I got to Denver. I left So-cal at 9 pm Tuesday night, drove straight thru and arrived Wednesday afternoon at 4. Guess what. He sold it out from under me. What has happened to people? He won't even repay my fuel costs. Sometimes you find buried treasure on Craigslist and sometimes you unbury old turds.

Hey WISCO.... I did a similar turd transaction. I made a deal in upper Michigan. Bought airline tickets for my brother to meet me in Chicago. I drove up there and.....you guessed it. Sold out from under our bargain. What do you say....that will do any good.

BIG DENT just behind and above the door area- still for sale and apparently he has 4 other Airstreams to sell too and will make a deal on all of them. Here are some other photos he email to us- we aren't going to go for it. Pretty rare trailer though!

Talked to this guy at length. It is actually a 54 Liner S/N O-5013. The previous owner removed the rear hehr window, and installed a sliding window to serve concesions out of. Also the bumper looks like it caught something and is bent in a picture he sent me.
Really looking for a 13 panel that is 26 feet or greater right now for a professional restoration.

That is not the same trailer. You have 5013, but the one on Craigslist is O-5013 which was an Ohio made trailer. 5013 was made in California.
