I am considering purchasing a new trailer being sold by Paul Sherry RV in Ohio. The trailer is on Ebay at

- I have a 2002 Ford Explorer with the class III/IV tow package and the 4.6 V8 engine, rated to tow 7,000 lbs. The trailer GVWR is 6,300 lbs. Does anyone have experience towing a similar sized trailer with the new style Explorer? Is this a viable combination? Purchasing another vehicle is not an option.
-They had previously listed it for $28,350 with no reserve - so I assume that's their bottom line price. Is this a fair price for a new 2002 25 foot Safari? I think the list for a 2003 is about $37,000. Are selling prices of new Airstreams vastly different from list?
