Both would provide about 300 Amp hours of power; both are lithium... and the Goal Zero has the added benefit of portability in case I need the power elsewhere (or if I swap into a new TT... easy).
Pros? Cons? Thanks for all wisdom and perspective!

Hi
Ok, with amp hours, the voltage matters. If I take a BB battery, it has four banks of 3V cells in it. They are in series so the current adds when run at
12V. If you looked at it the way Goal Zero does (at 3V) the 100AH BB would be a 400AH device.
With a Goal Zero 1000, you get 1,045 watt hours of power. With a single BB lithium you get 1,320 watt hours of usable power. With a typical flooded lead acid group 24 you get 480 watt hours of usable power.
