Furnace

We have a 25ft 2018 FC Airstream. Our. Furnace will not run. We reset the thermostat, checked reset button on furnace, no fan no furnace. Inside is 40 degrees, thermostat set on 68. We have Atwood furnace & the CC2 thermostat. Any ideas?

Carol-We just recovered from same problem. No anything!
We did the following:
Remove outside cover to furnace. Find the circuit board. Flick reset button a few times. (May fix it). There is a small red light that flashes error codes. Your manual has chart explaining codes. In our case it was a bad circuit board and had to replaced. ($200)
Worked for three weeks, then following a heavy rainstorm fan would run, but would not ignite. After much internet searching found a very simple (possible) fix, if fan only no heat. One person inside one out. Inside person raises thermostat. When fan kicks on place hand over exhaust pipe outside the cover(remove as soon as it ignites). I had to do this three times. Now works fine.
They have many sensors for safety reasons that will prevent ignition. Probably will need pro service.
