Fridge on the fritz

2019 28 rbt serenity refrigerator won't work on AC. One month ago we parked our trailer at a friend's in his pole barn. Plugged into 20 amp power. Fridge was in auto mode. Came back, food spoiled and can't get it to go to ac mode. Ran the gas tank empty. Did a hard reset, pressed power button 3 times and held the third time for 5 seconds. Also unplugged from shore power and plugged back in to see if it would restart with no luck. Closest dealer for Airstream says June 15th earliest appt. Warranty for fridge ran out two months ago. Ideas??

Want to check something simple?

Unplug fridge from AC receptacle and test that outlet for power. Got power ? No power can you run an extension cord to fridge and try again.

Do you have a multimeter?

Something I use regularly is a a simple remote outside thermometer. I put transmitter in fridge and remote nearby or even in the TV for monitoring while towing.

Could be something as simple as the 120v element in your fridge went out. They are inexpensive and easy to replace.

Once you confirm that the outlet has power like already suggested you can check the element.

Are you handy with a multimeter? If so, the steps to confirm that the element is getting power are easy and there are videos on YouTube showing the steps. If there is power to the element but it is not getting hot then it's bad. If it's not getting power, then you might have to further troubleshoot to determine if your control board went out.
