For the next few weeks you can enter to win a Bambi and tow vehicle at the food network. The program "Tricked Out Tailgaiting" features an older AS and they are running this promotion in conjunction with the show.
The sweepstakes is for a new $30K 16' Bambi with state of the art audio and video and a $58K Yukon Denali tow vehicle. Just go to www.foodnetwork.com and the sweepstakes link is on the spash page. You can enter once per day through 11/14. Wouldn't it be great if someone from the Forums won!

I split this post into a new thread so it would get more notice and then I entered the contest - hope springs eternal....
Good luck to the rest of you (fingers crossed).

I entered too and sent it on to my sister. I too have hope. Besides my Argosy seems so lonely out there in the yard. A little silver friend would be good for him.

I entered too. Good luck, all! Strange: lots of splash about the Denali, but no word of Bambi-Airstream, only an illustration and mention of a 16' "travel trailer." ??????????

I entered as well. Thought it strange too that it mentions "vehicle and trailer pictured are not actual prize." Doesn't even say that the trailer will necessarily be an Airstream although that certainly is one tricked out one in the picture. Maybe they're aware of how diligently Thor doesn't like their brand name used.

The "Official Rules page confirms that the trailer is a "Airstream Bambi 16' trailer (ARV: $30,414)". Based upon the "Actual Retail Value", I'd guess it is a Safari, not a CCD Bambi, but still a nice prize. And a "2006 GMC Yukon Denali SUV (Approximate Retail Value ["ARV"]: $58,000)" ain't bad either.

Brad and all,
If you go the bottom of this page: http://www.foodnetwork.com/food/swee..._36952,00.html you will see tha the prize is indeed a 16' Bambi with the 2006 GMC Yukon. Total retail value of $88,414 (which by the way you will receive a 1099 for and pay income tax on, not the value you could buy both for).

I see a Yukon for sale, to pay the taxes on the Bambi...
