At some point a buyer has to quit obsessing over every cent that might be left on the table (especially on a 25% off deal) and buy the damn thing. Oh wait, then it becomes ‘can I beat 5.9% financing....’.

Yea a couple people went way off track critiquing the idea of financing and tossing out false numbers that confused the issues....Never got a good direct answer which was odd based on all the "experts" chiming in...

Anyways... I did my numbers once again and contacted the dealer that I thought we were too far apart. last I spoke with them they were firm on not budging one inch.

Guys claiming 844 credit score could only get 5.99APR so I figured 5.75 as good as I could expect.

Once I backed out they worked the deal at 28% off MSRP and dropped a 4.25 apr rate on me!

Now I feel kinda foolish if I back out but I had one foot out the door.... Will figure it this weekend..

Airstream‘s in my opinion are going to continue to go up in price significantly. Buying now is going to be less costly. It sounds like you negotiated an excellent price. Congratulations on your new Airsteam. Safe travels and God bless !

It’s a good end of year price. Hard to do that well mid year. Most mid year prices are between 25% and 20% depending on model.
