Flying Cloud 26U storage

I'm not sure if this has been discussed or not but I couldn't find it anywhere so I'm asking. Is there storage under the seats in the lounge/banquette area. I know there is the shoe cubby but wondered if there was additional storage under the rest of the seats.

Yes there is. The front outdoor storage compartment takes up all but a small compartment under the front seat. The area under the road side is filled with the gas furnace and electrical distribution equipment. The stereo subwoofer is in there too. There is an open storage area under the curb side seat in the front corner. Access to these areas is not very convenient as it entails deconstructing the cushions which are larger than typical dinette seat cushions. So it is best used for items not requiring quick or frequent access. However, when converting the U into a bed, these areas are accessible.

Be careful loading the front storage area as whatever goes in there will add directly to the already high tongue weight (900 ~ 1,000 lbs).

All this being said, we love our 26U!

To me what impressed the most about the 26U w/twins was all the inside and out side storage. Tremendous amount compared to my 23.
