Finalizing The Deal. PDI

Hi,

We're not quite there yet but our last AS purchase I was curious about this.

Say you strike the deal on a new AS through a dealer. But during the PDI you find a small problem. Our last AS we found a ding on the counter top a week after delivery! No clue how we missed it but if we did....Or...

What if some thing more major like the AC or a leak...

Do you still proceed with the payment signing the contract or back out and say fix it and we'll try again next week if its fixed?

And then start all over with PDI?

If you find it after the fact, airstreams warranty covers mostly everything. At least in my experience for the two years of the manufacturer warranty it was absolutely bumper to bumper. The only repair that wasn’t covered under warranty was when I bent the stabilizer 🤦🏽*♂️

I had to pay out of pocket for that...
