Favorite Airstream photo?
Since I wasn't successful in getting a photo of the month contest started here, how about we just post our fav AS pics for the halibut?
This is a 1957 26' Custom which I sold to a nice couple in Wisconsin. They are using it as a temporary cabin while they rebuild the country cottage in the background. I like the "back to nature" ambience and I use this image as my desktop wallpaper.
Post your fav AS pic here so we can all drool over it.
Note: Please do not use anyone else's pic without their permission

Kewl picture ~
Here's a picture of our 1984 Sovereign, shot while visiting family in MO.
Not only did the greenery show up nicely but, if you notice the line-up of the wheels..It was a perfect back-up~!!
ciao

My trailer at sundown, sitting in my back yard. I'm just glad I can keep it so close. It is my refuge!

From one of our most memorable camping trips last year, at Presque Isle State Park, in Erie, PA.

Fall View of my Airstream
The next time I post a pic I'm sure it will be a very white scene.

As a desert dweller, I can't resist pictures of the ocean and a vintage Airstream, especially if it happens to be mine
Here's my favorite along the California coast.

Ahhh... many days swimming in the pool and relaxing in the sun with our Airstream close by. It just doesn't get any better than this.

Here is a shot taken last night of Swebster (steve) and his 345 , with my 280 on a "forum friends" visit while he was in Atlanta on business. Enjoyed some Airstreamin' fellowship and a cold brew too!

That was spectacularly unsuccessful, I will try again.

Fave...
...so far
Edit: I'm so computer illiterate. I resized the image and it looks terrible. Where did I go wrong? I took it down to 10kb!

Argosy at night
My favorite part view of my trailer is through the front windows at night, the whole trailer just glows! .......AND you can't see the peeling paint on the front/rear caps!

Astrodokk:
Looks like a nice picture, you just compressed it down way too far using .jpg. Don't try and resize your 10k image back up, the information just won't be there. Resampling the original picture to something in the neighborhood of 50-60k when saved should be the ticket? That seems to be a favorite choice for images on this thread. I guess that's medium to low compression if your using Photoshop? You didn't mention what software you have, the file says it's done with Camedia Master 4.03 and your camera is an Olympus X2. I'm not familiar with that software, but it should give you some choices when saving the file?

Yes, unfortunately the Olympus came with it's own proprietery sofware, and I must resize images, then back them up to a different sofware to get them online! Once, I tried to get an image into a post, and I got an error message saying it needed to be 10K or less for it to upload, so that's why I do it. I'll try what you suggest...50- 60k, but I don't think it may go through. Nonetheless, it's worth another try. Thanks for your post.
