E-Bay Fraud Alert - Listing Newer Model Airstreams for unofficial low Buy-It-Nows
Beware of a user listing newer model Airstream Trailers for sale at ridiculously low 'buy it now' prices.
The Buy It Now price is never the official button through e-bay, but stated as a buy it now price in the Add.
Also always included is an e-mail to contact the person, with a domain of @myway.com
This person is only trolling for e-mail addresses!!!
Do not even ask a question, etc.
If you do, shortly afterwards, you will get a spoofed e-mail asking to confirm your account details with e-bay.
This person has already stolen many e-bay accounts using this method.
They list such things as, a 2005 Airstream Quicksilver, with a buy it now of 5,000 dollars, including free shipping. They state, all you have to do is e-mail them using their e-mail address posted in the add.
... if it's too good to be true...
Beware, and don't be defrauded!
