When our trailer starts lifting we stick our arms out the window to generate more lift so the truck and trailer raise equal amounts. Eventually, once airborne, we just stick our hands out the window.

If you are really worried about the slipstream getting under the panel and ripping it off, a simple and easy remedy is to cut a piece of aluminum flashing and rivet that to the leading edge such that it covers the exposed area from the bottom of the panel to the trailer roof.
Or, simply glue a pool noodle or pipe insulation under the panel flush with the leading edge, thus blocking any air from getting underneath at speed.
