Delivery Service?

I am looking for a company or individual to take my 16' bambi from San Diego to Oshkosh, Wisconson and back to San Diego in July this year. I need it in place by 7/21 and will be finished with it by 7/25.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get it there and back? I know they are usually delivered to dealers from the factory by individuals/teams. Anyone know one of these folks that might be interested in taking her to Wisconsin for me? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Mike

That's a difficult request for this audience Mike. Maybe some would have an idea but viewership is down on this holiday weekend -- or you'd find somebody with an idea on broader RV forums. I'm betting you're going to fly into Oshkosh?

Some one flying for the gathering and staying in the silver palace? Sounds like the way to go. I prefer to sleep under the plane.

We will be doing that in a year or so. Wife's uncle and brother are both Vintage Aircraft enthusiasts, so once our AS is done we will drag it to some of the closer events to stay in while they fly in. BTW the cream of the crop of their planes are the Pietenpol(sp) and the 1938 Waco.

Hi,

You might try a home contents moving company. I know they transport cars & motorcycles. You might also try a trucking company like Yellow Freight Lines. Please let us know what you find.

Thanks,

Jerry

Several weeks ago a member of the forums offered delivery services. Try the search function.
