Custom Avatar

I finally figured a way to get photos of my Argosy Minuet on the Airstreamphotos website and thought I figured out how to customize my avatar. I followed the suggestion to use the thumbnail created when downloading our photgraphs, but the avatar continues to reset back to the old one. Can you help?

Also, I sent you, via your email address, the information I had on Argosys for inclusion on the list of trailers. It hasn't been updated as of yet, so I was wondering if you recieved the information.

let me take a shot at the avatar.
Once you upload your pictures, the program creates
thumbnails of your uploads, which are suitable for avatar usage.
1. Go to your image gallery
2. right click on the thumbnail you want to use
3. select save image as (or picture as)
4. type a file name of your choice
5. click save
Remember where you saved it on your computer
6. go to user cp
7. click edit options
8. scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click change avatar
(it will say thank you for updating your profile, but you are not done)
9. on the new screen click 'yes' at use custom avatar browse at 'You can upload an avatar from your computer:'
11. A window opens, select the folder where you saved the thumbnail
12. select the .jpg file and click open
NOTE: If you use Netscape, you may not see the files until you change 'Files of type:" on the bottom of the window to "All Files"
13. Click Submit Modifications
Nice trailer btw

Thank you for your response. I was just about to reply back that I had tried those exact steps many times before and after your response without succeeding, but as you can see, I FIGURED IT OUT!!!

The trick is making sure the "Yes" response to using a custom avatar is still lit prior to submiting modifications. Each time I browsed and opened the thumbnail I'd saved, I hadn't noticed that the "Yes" button had turned off. I knew it had to be something simple. Thank you any way, it was nice knowing someone was listening!!

Also, thank you for your positive response to our little Argosy. This is our first Airstream and we are extremely happy with it and proud to pull it around the beautiful Northwest!
