Has it been working earlier, and it just quit working? Or is this the first time using it this season?

2019 33 Classic here, so may be of some help.
Did it used to work in the past?
Basic questions, but is there water in the fresh water tank?
Water doesn't come out of any of the fixtures?
By chance are any of your low point drain(s) open?
Is one/both of your outdoor shower valves open? (This one comes from experience)
I believe there is a strainer/filter near the pump in the compartment under the wardrobe, could this be plugged?
Give me more details and I can try and help.

Yes, my pump has always worked in the past. At times it was noisy, but it always worked.

Yes, my freshwater tank is full. This was the first thing I thought it would be as well.

No, all my drains and valves are closed.

I have removed the screen filter at the pump and found it to be like new.

I have opened up all of the valves at the same time to see if there was a air lock somewhere in the system and this did not fix it.

I am hooked up to City Water and use the pump to up the water pressure when I am taking a shower. We have been hooked up to city water for three months and I have been doing this the entire time with success.

With everything off, the pump does not build up the pressure to shut off as it has in the past, so it just runs until I shut it off. It no longer helps with the water pressure either of course.

The pump is very quiet now, I believe because it is not pumping.

Let me know what more information or checking I can do to give you the information you need to help me out.

Thank you for your help!!!

Classic 33 Water Pump

Try disconnecting from outside water source. Make note of your percentage of water in fresh water and grey and black water tanks, run your pump a minute, see if there are any difference in the numbers you tracked. If nothing has changed either water is not existing your pump ( a closed valve ) or pump is not functioning.
