THis was copied off of S.O.B. (Some other board) with recent threads about trailering mishaps, I thought it would be good to share. My regards to the author ... which was not me. Additions
and comments are welcome!

Outside

Antenna down
Jacks up and blocks picked up
Water hose disconnected and stored
Drain holding tanks and store sewer hose and adapters
Disconnected electric line and store, also extension cord if used
Switch steps so they will retract
Pickup and store leveling blocks
Disconnect cable TV and store outside cable
Pickup lawn chairs and store
Roll up awnings on windows if used
Remove and store tire covers if installed
Pickup dog chain and stake, if out (And you have a dog)

Inside

Turn of hot water heater
Be sure loose items are stored
Put TV on the floor and store table
Put chairs back against wall
Turn off furnace or air conditioner, if being used
1. Air in tires (R) - truck
2. Hitch - Ball release lever pin - installed - BALL MOUNT - Cross Pin & Safety Pin Installed
3. Right spring bar - attached and pinned
3A. Right Safety Chain - Crossed to LEFT side of receiver.
4. Gas bottles - Secured - no leaks - Cover secured and fastened
4A. Battery Access Door - Secured
5. Front window rock guard - secured
6. TV Antenna - Down
6A. Awning - Secured
7. Trailer - Inside - Cabinets, Refrig secured - Toilet seat down - Waterheater OFF - Furnace OFF
Water pump OFF - TV Secured - Interior/Exterior Lights OFF - Vents Down
Windows Closed
8. Exit trailer - close and lock door
9. Retract Step
10. Furnace door - Secure
11. Water Fill Door - Secure
12. Trailer Tires (R) - Remove Chocks & Check
13. Stabilizer Jack - Retracted
14. Utilities - AC Landline Cable, Water Hook-up, Telephone, Cable TV -
Secured
15. Rear Bumper Storage - Cover Secure
16. City Water Hook-up - Capped
17. Left Rear Storage Compartment - Door Secure
18. Water Heater Access - Secure
19. Right Stabilizer Jack - Retracted
20. Trailer Tires(L) - Remove Chocks & Check
21. Sewage System - Hoses Secured - Valve Capped - Work Light - Off
22. Refrigerator Access Panel - Secure
23. Left Spring Bar - Attached & Pinned
23A. Left Safety Chain - Crossed Over to RIGHT Side of Receiver.
24. Tongue Jack - Retracted
25. Breakaway Switch Cable - Attached
26. Trailer Cable - CHECK
27. Truck Tires - Check
28. Truck Lights - Check ALL
29. Trailer Lights - Check ALL
30. Truck - Check under hood
31. Drive Away - Check trailer brake for operation with foot brake.
32. Drive Away - Get Leveling Blocks, etc. Make LAST Check of site.
33. Drive Safely
