Can you help ID this one?

In a corner of this world I found this cutie, owner refuses to sell however. Can someone tell me what this is?
I thought it was a Cruissette, but counting the panels, and spotting where the first one starts ( Along the bottom of the window frame) I could not make a match.
It is painted white, but you can clearly see the beautiful shine underneath.
