Can someone ID this WBCCI #

A member of our forum, Hagen in Germany, wants information on the history of his 1965 Caravel that he bought in England.

He says that it has the number 19053 on it. He wants to get in touch with the old owner to help him in his restoration. He also wants the name of an A/S dealer to help him.

Can anyone help him?
