We did not find any but we did stay at the KOA north of Boone. It is very pretty, up a mountain. The sites are not very level but it worked for us.

There is a nice park service campground right on the BRPW in Blowing Rock. Another is located on parkway between Linville and Little Switzerland called Crabtree Falls. Have a great trip.

The National Park Service Julian Price campground is located alongside the Blue Ridge Parkway just south of Blowing Rock. It has no hookups but does have bathhouses and a dump station.

Thirty miles north of Blowing Rock at Laurel Springs, just off the Blue Ridge Parkway (between milepost 257 and 258), is Raccoon Holler Campground. This private campground seemed nice when we drove through it a couple of years ago. Raccoon Holler Campground / RV Camping / North Carolina Mountains / Blue Ridge Parkway

Fifty-nine miles north of Blowing Rock, just off the Blue Ridge Parkway, is Stone Mountain State Park. It has a nice campground with water, electricity, and a dump station.
