Biggest living room 31' or less
Greetings DarkStar!
Yes, in fact I traveled on the 1999 VAC Caravan with a couple who were towing a 1970 Caravanner. The floorplan featured a rear bath with an "L-shaped" kitchen along the curbside and bathroom wall; and an "L-shaped" twin-lounge layout across the front and down the streetside of the trailer. There was one large side window on the curbside and three large windows on the streetside. The floorplan featured a very open and airy feeling - - I had run across one of these trailers when I was shopping for my Overlander but I wanted a separate bedroom area that would allow the beds to remain made-up - - they are not terribly common here in the Midwest, but I have seen at least six advertised for sale during the past year.
I have also seen an earlier late 1950s Caravanner with a very different layout. This particular trailer had permanent double bed in the rear of the trailer, a curbside bathroom with shower, a modest streetside kitchen, and a front "L-shaped" twin lounge - - it was nearly 100% original down to the dinette table and folding chairs, and still in the family of the original owners.
