Best time - when you have a pocket full of cash and you do not know what to do with it.
Best place - a real AS dealer who knows what they sell and believes in what they sell, because they are AS kinda people.. Not some dealer who can sell them because they can and make some money at it.
I do like New Jersey for one simple reason.....
