My photos include a favorite before restoration that was taken on the Wagon Wheels Caravan to the WBCCI International Rally in Dayton, Ohio (1999) while we were camped wagon wheel style in Kidron, Ohio (lower photo). The second was taken after most of the restoration was completed in 2003 with the Cadillac making its first appearance as tow vehicle (upper photo).

Taken about two weeks ago at the Grand Canyon campground. First we got hit with snow in Flagstaff, then again at the Canyon. We didn't know quite what we were in for but we were pleasantly surprised how comfortable and well we fared on the roads and in the campgounds in all kinds of winter weather.
Several of my favorite photo's are not the right size to upload, and I don't have good photo editing software to easily resize them, but here are a couple I like, both of the '66 Overlander we sold earlier this month . . .
The first photo was taken during a two week vacation last fall when the Overlander was reunited with the actual '68 Alumicraft fishing boat that it often traveled with in the late '60's and early '70's.
The second photo was taken during our maiden voyage with the Overlander early last summer. I will always remember this photo as it was sooooo peaceful at the campground. Work had been very stressful and it was sooooo relaxing to get away from the rat race for a couple weeks.

Not the best photo but one of my favorites. It was taken at Pirateland Campground in Myrtle Beach, SC back in June, 2002. It was our first full family outing. The storm clouds rolling in and the lightning were very impressive.
Similar picture to the above one, and similar story. This was taken at my first rally 2 weeks after purchasing my first AS. It also happened to be the International rally in Vermont.

hey! lets see some more restoration pics.
I want to see how those tanks are mounted!
Our favorite picture (from same trip as Avatar taken in Lake Louise..) is shot of trailer pulled off Glacier Parkway after touring Athabasca Glacier, as we prepared to hike up to the Paint Pots...
Trip reminded us of Wally's creed, to go places and see things you might not otherwise be able to enjoy...

I forgot all about this thread...thanks for unearthing it. I had several shots of our Safari, but I've only tinkered with the server here to get those back up....at some point I'll get it done, but it sure was nice to see those pics again.
Think my favs were Safari Tim's with the little girl's refelction on the Airstream and the car with a monster blower, but they were all great views.
