What I have been able to find doesn't look very good. Here's one discussion.

Looking at 2 addresses I found associated with that name, I find the street view doesn't match the pictures on the web pages. It's suspicious. If this contact is from an ad you found on AirstreamClassifieds please contact me via PM and/or click the "report this ad" button on the ad as soon as you get a chance.

If you're suspicious, don't give any seller a dime until you see the goods with your own eyes.
