Airstream uses 225/75 series tires with both 15" and 16" wheels. The 225/75/16's have a larger overall diameter, greater circumference and fewer "revolutions per mile" than 225/75/15's.

16" wheels with 225 75s are about 1" larger diameter then 15s with the same aspect ratio.

No.
The distance between tires will be reduced by 1". At the ground, it may be negligible.

Yes, and mine work perfectly by driving over the top. You just need to go over it slowly and they just stand up on the fat end. And yes I do have 16" Michelins.

On my 3 axle I use two "TrailerAid" ramps to change a tire. When finished, I just pull off very slowly. Never a problem.

16" Mich Lts are a bit larger in diameter, don't remember exactly how much. If given the room I just back up over the Andersons.

16" idea makes sense and would only make the leveller more prone to getting stuck between the tires if the space is 1 inch less than the 15's.
If continue to drive in the same direction that you took when driving onto the levellers, would that allow the rear leveller to be rolled up between the tires making extraction easier? That's what the video demonstrated and it looks like it should work just fine unless the Airstream setup doesn't allow for this process.

I have always rolled down off of them rather than over the top of them. One time while trying to get the full 4", I pulled up to far and set the park brake. When I got out the heel was at about 50 to 60* relative to the ground and the tip of the leveler was firmly stuck into the rear tire. If I had continued, I am sure I would have snapped it. So cutting an inch off was necessary in my case.

I was so excited today when UPS delivered my leveller!
It looks pretty robust, I don't know how these could break.
The instruction sheet is very useful.

I cut one of mine of per the directions. One of my best purchases. Sometimes they move when parking on gravel. A doormat under them works just fine.

LEGO levellers
I use the LEGO style levelling blocks. Each block raises you about 1 inch.

Either have a spotter to stop you just before it does that or cut off an inch.
Been using them for several years with an inch cut off and hundreds of nights on various surfaces and have never felt the loss of an inch of the leveller to be an issue.

My trailer is a bit heavier than most of your trailers. (Still looking for that perfect AS though.) 11K GVWR. I have the Anderson Levelers and use them almost every trip. I haven't broken either of them.
For the leveler between the tires, lift the thick end up so it is between the tires, not by the ground. They did this within the first few seconds of the video.
I have 15" tires and the distance between the tires is a little tight. The leveler still fits if I get the angle just right.
I do not drive off my levelers. The trailer goes in the reverse direction from which the trailer was loaded onto the levelers. Simply driving off the levelers seems to be a good way to damage a tire, break the leveler or get it stuck.
My only complaint about the levelers is that they are too narrow. I would like to have a pair that are as wide or wider than the tire. The narrow width tends to sink into the ground too easily, necessitating a plank under them.

You have too much time on your hands. How do you think your airstream stays stable when going over traffic calming measures or the odd girl scout who gets in the way? You either go over, under or around - in this case I vote to go over

I’ve had my Andersons since I got my rig. When I upgraded to 16 inch wheels and tires I just cut mine down about 1.5 inches with my jigsaw. No issues at all now. Never have to drive over them. Oh and BTW, get the rubber mats for under the levelers on amazon and they won’t ever slip again when you are leveling. I wouldn’t s be without mine!

If you have dual axles you should have a leveler under both tires on one side.
