In San Diego today at 2:30 pm going north on hwy 5 what looked like a vintage Overlander on a flatbed. I wanted to make a u-turn and take a pic, but didn't have an exit. It looked good from my side.

A few days ago I went to a lawyers office in downtown Winnsboro, SC and spotted an unrestored early '60s vintage AS about 22' long sitting in the back yard of the neighboring property. Didn't want to get too close since it was on private property, but managed to get a good enough peek to see that it had a current license plate. It doesn't appear to have been used a whole lot in recent years.

Clarksdale, Mississippi
7 Airstreams of various vintage and condition were parked in the centre of downtown Clarksdale, Mississippi when I past through there, following The Blues Highway #61, on January 09, 09.
There was also another single Airstream parked in a field very near the famous Blues corner, where 49 and 61 cross.
Anybody know anything about these and/or who owns them?

I saw this Airstream at the NAMM Trade-show in Anahiem last January. The company that owns it used it as a sales office in the otherwise very loud convention hall.

It is at 38 degrees 34 min 07.16 sec N, 121 degrees 30 min 12.78 sec W, according to GoogleEarth, or in the park just off 6th St, between U and V strees in Sacramento, CA.
Does Hell ever freeze over?

My mother used to tell me that she would let me do certain things when Hell froze over. The only problem is now that it has I can't remember what they were.

Almost always sunny here unless there is a hurricane bearing down on you. And then it's time to hook up the burb and roll. So far I've been very lucky.
