I had a water leak that was drivin me nuts! Lance "TOP" was able to get me fixed up. If anyone is needing a repair, I highly recommend him. He was fair and very knowlegable. Give him a call if you need help! AL Franklin

Always glad to hear of good repair stories instead of the bad experiences we so frequently read here. thanks for posting.

Thanks very much for all the kind words Mr. Franklin. It was great to meet you and I'm very happy I was able to help you out.
This new venture of mine is definitely a challenging and rewarding experience. Be it a water valve on a toilet, or a complete restoration, I can't express how excited I am to make old trailers function as they were designed to do. I'm humbled by the graciousness of y'all. I hope to see the smiling faces of many satisfied customers in the future.

Glad to see this!! Hope the weather cools and the business is busy.
They repair a few helicopters here at CCAD NAS Corpus Christi (worlds largest facility of it's kind). Occasionally something pretty cool will go zooming by on the bayfront.
What sort of birds did you keep airborne, Lance? Have a son now commanding a KC-130J.

Thanks Ross,
CCAD is the Mecca of Army Aircraft rebuild. I'd like to visit the place someday.
I started out as an Aircraft Power Plant Repairer (turbine). I have worked on just about every kind of helicopter the Army has. I worked on the UH-1 Iroquois (Huey) in Italy. I was a crew chief there for a short while. In Colorado I worked on UH-60 Balckhawks, AH-64 Apaches, OH-58 Kiowas, CH-47-Chinooks, and AH-1 Cobras. I've spent all my time in the allied shops platoon, so I've done a little of the structural, pneudraulic, powertrain, electrical, avionics and machining/welding.
My last few jobs have been what you'd call "desk" jobs. Aircraft maintenance management, personnel management and administration types of things.
I'm very excited to be working with my hands, making broken things work!

Hot dang. I got family in Houston, Dallas, and Austin, and keep the airstream in Dallas. I love the idea of a good repair facility in the middle of all of it.

Nomadica
I just wanted to note that I have partnered with Nomadica and we now have a very nice 2,500 sq/ft shop here in central Texas. Please see this thread.

Agreed...I happened upon Lance by chance a week after I purchased my poorly cared for '70 sovereign. He gave me a wealth of advice within 20min. His blog is the best documented rear end fix out there. Period. I've read it cover to cover at least 7 times. I've seen his Abby, first class restore!
