Airstream photo in article on Canon photog site

Canon Digital Learning Center - Lens of the Month

I was reading this article by Jeff Dow on the Canon Digital Learning Center site about tilt-shift lenses, click through to the gallery, and spotted this nice shot he got of a random Airstream traveling down the road. Is it anyone you know

Well, it was shot in Nevada, he says - and if somebody thinks it might be them, in the biggest preview you can almost make out the entire license plate. I'm going to say that's an older Illinois plate, maybe 106-?5?

Good catch, Stephanie. I'm sure whoever's trailer this is would love to have a print of this.

Yeah, it's a beautiful shot. I liked his description of how the RV was a nuisance until it struck him how iconic the whole scene was.

The Airstream is short. Not a widebody. Unusual extreme of prime focus. Over-sharpened image.
