The serial number indicates it is the 69th Ohio made double in 1960. Hopefully Joe (66Overlander) will confirm.

220295D actually decodes as the 70th 1960 22' trailer made in Ohio (California used a different serial number format), and specifically is a Safari Double bed model:
22=22 foot
0=1960
295= sequence number which stated at 226, making this the 70th unit
D= Safari Double
