2020 30' Classic Table Stuck In Down Position

Last night while lowering the dining table, the table stopped about 1" short of being all the way down with a loud pop. Now the table will not go up or down. There is no sound from the table when the power switch is pressed. Checked the fuses in the power distribution panel and they are good.

Looking under the table, can not see anyway to get into the unit. Possible to take the table top off but nit sure if that would do any good.

Would be nice if there was a manual crank so I could raise the table.

Any ideas what may be wrong or how to fix it?

I don't have an answer for you, but It must be the first time I've ever heard of the problem.

Call JC and see what they say.

Yup. Agreed. JC has you under warranty still and will make it right.

Sounds like a motor issue if your fuse and breakers are all good. Not sure if it’s tied to anything else, is everything else working as normal?

Yes I plan on calling AS tomorrow (Monday). I am in Key West for another three weeks and it is a pain not to have a table. I hope when I call AS tomorrow they say do XYZ and your problem solved.

We are leaving here August 8th and I thought of stopping at my dealer in Tampa on my way home to Charleston SC. If this is a major problem I thought about going back to the "Mother Ship" and not only fix the table but other small issues I have.

Over all I must admit we love our Classic. The best decision we ever made about a RV.

I lowered the table not realizing I left a cell phone charger in the outlet below. Not my smartest moment. The charger was jammed between the outlet and the wall and wouldn’t move until I was able to get it out. Works fine now.
