2004 19' Bambi lift blocks

I recently purchased a used 2004 19' Bambi that drags the rear end when encountering steep driveways (including my driveway). I would like to install a Dexter lift block kit but cannot find out if one is available for a 2004 Bambi with a Henschen axle. Has anyone installed lift blocks on a 2004 Bambi? If so what product and model number did you use. Conversations with Airstream and Dexter technical support reps have not resolved the issue.
I'm getting tired of building a temporary bridge every time I leave or return home.
Thanks in advance to any and all who can provide help.

I have a similar issue. I have a 2006 International CCD 16', also with the Henschen #3500 axle. I am wondering if the #10 Dexter lift kit will fit, assuming the frame mount holes remained the same. Has anyone done a lift of a Henschen axle using the Dexter kit?
