I am not sure how strictly these are enforced, if you wash sand off your feet, likely no one will bother you, but if you take outdoor shower off your trailer someone will let you know about the rules.

In campground they usually have several water stations with drain where you can do dishes, but obviously you can't take shower there.

I own a 19CB, and I would not only encourage you to sit in one, but to take one camping if possible. For this kind of investment, spend a bit of time and a few bucks to be sure. It is one thing to sit in a 16 or 19 on the dealer lot, and it is quite another to camp with your stuff and the normal logistics of bathroom/cooking/lounging/sleeping etc. IMHO, 4 people in either a 16 or a 19 all day in a rainstorm will be a challenge on many levels.... ;-)
