15 to 20 volts ac on chassis (help)

2014 Bambi Sport. Just noticed while using the outside shower, standing in water, the SS shower hose touched my lip and it felt like a pin stuck me. I had never detected this before so I don't know how long the problem has existed.
I put an electric meter from the chassis to earth ground and set the meter AC and had 19~ volts AC. I then placed meter on DC and got 5.5 Volts DC. I isolated one circuit, (the microwave circuit) and found a broken plastic receptacle (factory too tight)which I will disconnect and replace when part comes in. before removing receptacle I tested voltage from black wire to receptacle to ground and got 100 volts AC. Then tested voltage from white wire to ground and got 15.7 Volts AC. After disconnecting the receptacle I tested the voltage to earth ground and still have 19~volts.
Leaving electricity off, I then removed breaker and tested the black (hot wire) leading to the broken receptacle to see if there was continuity to chassis. No continuity to chassis ground was detected but I did have continuity between ALL (DC) connections in breaker box.
Disconnected the negative battery and retested continuity to all DC lugs including fuses, all connections (+ and -) DC had continuity to chassis. Disconnected the positive battery connection and there is no continuity to DC lugs or fuses, but still have continuity to chassis ground.
I don't know what to check next. I know I'm not thinking this through correctly but I need some focus and direction, and a little help from my friends.
I will(attempt) to attach breaker box layout... "I guess not"

I purchased a brand new 25 Globetrotter in 2019. First trip out to a COE park it was raining (naturally) and I got a good shock touching the door handle and any other part of the trailer. Long story short, I had to take it back to Jackson Center where they got me in in three days. Found they crushed the main wire from outside connection to the breaker panel during construction. Something to consider.

Get an outlet tester at your favorite big box home supply store. It sounds like an open ground or poor neutral connection problem, either in the campground or the trailer. You should see the same voltage line to neutral and line to ground.

That said, the campground power is referenced to ground at the main power input panel. Several things can cause the ground potential at your trailer to be different, in which case you would see a voltage between earth ground and green wire ground.

Green wire ground is connected to trailer frame and skin as are all battery negative wires (at the negative bussbar).
