I just spotted an '03 30' Classic for sale at Cars Unlimited, Trucks & Trailers in Fayetteville, TN. as I was coming back from Hazel Green, AL. I turned around and checked it out. IT IS IMMACULATE! The skin has no dents and plasticoat is in excellent condition. It has 2 awnings on the roadside and the patio awning on the curbside. It has the 3 piece rock guards over the front window and stone guards on both lower sides of the trailer. It has 2 Fantastic fans, microwave, Alcoa wheels, Goodyear Marathon D range tires in great shape, 2 skylights, electric tongue jack, etc. This rear full/queen? bed unit has a roadside dinette, curbside shower and roadside bath. Light beige carpeting throughout. It also comes with a Hensley Hitch.

Jeff Tunstill is the owner of the lot which sells heavy trucks and horse trailers. He seemed to be a nice guy and said he would let the trailer go for $38,500 although he was going to put it in the paper for more. I did a Nada and the price ranged from $30,000 to $39,000 without Hensley. He just got it today and it hasn't been cleaned up but I would buy it from him right now in the condition it is in. I didn't test any of the systems but this trailer is right for someone on the forum. Don't wait long because someone will buy this trailer in a heartbeat.

Jeff said that this trailer sat under a shed and the family used it once a year while on vacation in TN. By the way, I'm not getting anything for this. I just know how it is looking for a nice trailer and not finding the one you want. Whe I saw this one I thought it was brand new. Anyway, call Jeff and he will send you pictures it you want.
