Water leak from wheel well?

I was looking for av wires under the bed and found water @ the wheel well. Also a couple of rusty screws in that area. Water heater has been empty and this was alot of water (it snowed 6" and was melting). The question is what type of sealent do you use on the outside wheel well ?It look like it's missing and more water dripping. Thanks btw it's a 2006 Bambi.

Use Vulkem sealer.

Then before your next trip, get the running gear balanced, or use the after market balancers such as Dynabeads or Centramatics.

water problem

This may not be relevant to your situation but I'm wondering if you're certain the water you see is from the snow. I say that because I had a similar problem with a 2006 25' Safari. In my case, the problem had to do with the air conditioner condensation drip line that goes from the top of the trailer, along an inside wall to a drain point in the left wheel well. The water dripped down the line OK but an Airstream worker did a lousy job where the very end of the line was supposed to exit the wheel well. In my case, too large a hole was drilled in the wheel well. The water dripped down the condensation line to its end then somehow came back into the coach through the overly large hole. Under warranty, I think caulk was used around the exist hole for that line to stop water dripping out of the end of the hose line from coming back inside.

I will look into it. It does look like there is a hole in the sealant with water. The insulation down at the bottom by the wheel well was frozen. I also washed it 3 weeks prior and had some water on the floor but didnt take the bed apart to see where it was comming from. I will do a water test once it warms up and check for the hose. Thanks!
