Dont get on a 16 roof / Butt Impression
I learned the hard way. I left a but print dent on the front corner panel. Used a bathroom plunger to pull most of it out. How do I pull the little impression left behind out

No, you can get on a 16 roof.
You CAN'T get on any end cap, of any model, of any year. There is no structure behind the segments.

Leave her out in the sun for a few days - may pop the rest of the dent out on it's own.

You could try and automotive dent puller. There are a couple of types, one which is an industrial suction cup to pull large dents. Another is smaller and usually requires you sticking an anchor to the panel you plan to pull. Depending on the dent, depends the puller you need.

I had a selling dealer do that trying to install a XM antenna to replace a Sirius one. They put two rivets on the upper front panel to fill the pull holes they had made. A sharp dealer later on pointed that out to me. Not wanting to change out the panel I placed the WBCCI Decal over the holes made when the rivets were drilled out. Later the decal developed holes. My vinyl sign guy said to cushion the holes with a layer of vinyl tape. It worked.

Yes. Here is the damage done by hitting a bird at about 60 mph.

Westie - We had similar damage to the front curb side panel as you have. Like you we had a bird strike at highway speed. Had to replace the panel

You were going 60 mph, the bird was doing some speed two, so quite a wallop. (KE= 1/2MV^2)

I have very limited birding skills. This closeup photo may provide a clue. It was summer and the strike occured somewhere on US 97 in OR between Bend and Maryhilll, Wa. This is desert country.
My cost was far less than the poor creature going about its day. Repair required end cap replacement (about $4,000). Fortunately damage was limited to just one end cap and the adjacent seems were not affected. Progressive Insurance was great to deal with.
As was pointed out the physics creates significant force. Reminded me of the damage done to the Space Shuttle from insulating material. Speed definitely matters. A good reminder to keep it down.

It's not a question of where he grips it! It's a simple question of weight ratios! A five ounce bird could not carry a one pound coconut.
