Chimney

My 1955 Flying Cloud came with a chimney that a previous owner bought from a box store. I am looking for input on how to rebuild one more authentically. Here is a photo of what I BELIEVE to be period correct?

Thanks for any dimensions, photos and help!

Forgive me for being out of the loop (for your project) for a while, but chimney for what?

Originally, there was a single chimney (for the fridge exhaust) and a clamshell vent (for the furnace exhaust). I will need to exhaust heat generated from a fridge compressor and any fantom heat generated from the AC compressor that doesn’t blow out thru the belly pan. There will be somewhat of a plenum that will channel heat upward to the single chimney and adjacent clamshell vent. This should function and appear as original. Bubba
