1996 34' Cutter Bus w/slide

1996, 34' Cutter roof material.
I am looking at a 1996, 34' Cutter with a slide tomorrow. Is the roof material rubber or fiberglass? Anything I should really look out for?

Fiberglass. Check under front hood the fuse block for corrosion. Water from road comes up in rainy weather. I had to install a add on one and pickup circuits as they went out. Such as electric seats, mirrors, dash blower motor, 12 volt lighter sockets. On my 1998 airstream cutter
