Need help - how to fix aluminum around wheels 1959 tradewind

I am doing repairs on my 1959 tradewind and havent quite figured out how repair the aluminum around the wheels. Previous owner used aluminum tape to keep it together, but I want a more permanent solution that looks good. I have looked around the Jacksonville, Fl area for someone to assist with the repair, but so far no luck. Any suggestions on how I can fix this or contact for someone in my area that can help?

Making it look right means replacing those pieces of belly wrap. It's not as involved as it might seem, but you do need the right tools. You drill out the rivets, pull those broken pieces, then cut new pieces to the same size and replace them with shaved Olympic rivets, so the new rivets look like solid bucked rivets.

The "better than tape but not a proper fix" method would be cutting a patch from aluminum and then riveting the patch over the breaks. You'll still see the patches, but it'll look and function better than tape.
